Position Overview

The Office Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment at Spark Financial Group. This position requires a blend of organizational skills and effective communication.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
