Customer Experience Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of customer-facing professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
- Act as the Officer in Charge (OIC) for the branch, overseeing daily operations and managing emergencies.
- Contribute to the overall success of the branch by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business results.
- Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures, promoting a culture of change management.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate team members.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth.
- Previous experience managing a team of employees, with a strong track record of coaching, leading, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to promote and demonstrate digital banking options.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, with a focus on meeting business needs.
- Previous banking experience is a strong asset, with a focus on retail service and branch operations.
