About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Information Service Representative at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and Preparing Communications Materials

You will be responsible for gathering and preparing communications materials, including researching and compiling information to provide to customers.

Addressing Customer Complaints and Concerns

You will address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Providing Information and Support

You will provide information and support to customers, answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintaining Records and Statistics

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records and statistics, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and tracked.

Performing General Office Duties

You will perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You must have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Computer and Technology Skills

You must have proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Quick Books, and Spreadsheet software.

Security and Safety

You must have a basic security clearance, be bondable, and pass a criminal record check.

Personal Suitability

You must possess excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term

This is a permanent position.

Work Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

You will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
