Position Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Fund Administration Manager to take on a pivotal role within our organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Client Operations in Fund Administration, the ideal candidate will oversee a team of Fund Accountants, ensuring the effective delivery of a full spectrum of fund accounting and administration services specifically for private equity fund clients. Key responsibilities encompass:
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of Net Asset Value (NAV)
  • Providing training to staff on NAV methodologies and protocols
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and custodians
  • Authorizing fee structures and fund-related expenditures
  • Ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  • Engaging in system enhancements and project initiatives
We seek candidates with a robust background in finance or accounting, substantial experience in fund administration, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with fund accounting software and relevant professional accounting certifications will be advantageous.

Candidate Qualifications
  • University Degree or equivalent in finance or accounting
  • Proven experience in fund administration, including managerial responsibilities
  • Understanding of fund administration practices and industry developments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of fund accounting systems and financial instruments
  • Aspirations towards obtaining a professional accounting designation
