Position Overview

We are in search of an accomplished Fund Administration Manager to become a vital part of our team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Client Operations within Fund Administration, the ideal candidate will lead a team of Fund Accountants while managing the complete spectrum of fund accounting and administration services for our private equity clientele. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of Net Asset Value (NAV)
  • Providing training to staff on NAV methodologies and protocols
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and custodians
  • Authorizing fee structures and fund-related expenditures
  • Ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  • Engaging in system initiatives and project work
We seek candidates with a robust background in finance or accounting, demonstrated experience in fund administration, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with fund accounting software and professional accounting certifications will be considered advantageous.

Qualifications
  • University Degree in finance or accounting
  • Proven experience in fund administration, including management responsibilities
  • Understanding of fund administration practices and industry developments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of fund accounting software and financial instruments
  • Aspirations towards obtaining a professional accounting designation
