Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced Fund Administration Manager to oversee our operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Client Operations within Fund Administration, the ideal candidate will manage a team of Fund Accountants while ensuring the complete spectrum of fund accounting and administration services for private equity fund clients. Key responsibilities encompass:
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of Net Asset Value (NAV)
  • Providing training to staff on NAV methodologies and protocols
  • Collaborating with external entities including banks, auditors, and custodians
  • Authorizing fee structures and fund expenditures
  • Ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  • Engaging in system initiatives and projects
We seek candidates with a robust background in finance or accounting, proven experience in fund administration, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with fund accounting software and professional accounting qualifications are advantageous.

Candidate Qualifications
  • University Degree in finance or accounting
  • Experience in fund administration, including managerial responsibilities
  • Understanding of fund administration operations and industry developments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of fund accounting software and financial instruments
