Position Overview

As a Sales Team Leader at Brims & Things, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your leadership will ensure that our sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Assign specific tasks to sales personnel and oversee their daily activities.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and manage product returns to maintain a high level of service.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for the sales team to optimize coverage and productivity.
  • Sales Performance: Actively engage in selling products and achieving sales targets.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing sales performance, inventory levels, and personnel issues.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers and assist them in their shopping experience.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in marketing initiatives to boost sales.
  • Merchandising: Assist in the effective display of products to attract customers.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
