WHAT WE'RE SEEKING?

The Sales Team Supervisor acts as a vital link between the management team and sales associates by facilitating the operational aspects of the store and inspiring the team to surpass objectives. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role provides essential support and coverage in the absence of the Store and Assistant Managers. The Supervisor exemplifies the desired sales and customer service behaviors consistently to foster an environment that prioritizes an outstanding and positive in-store experience for both customers and staff.

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively lead a sales team and be recognized as a leader among colleagues.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, daily financial procedures, and timely report submissions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while being self-driven.
  • Flexibility for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
