About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Imagine Wireless Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on sales strategies and techniques.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including ordering and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and reported.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends, to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
