About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at CIRCLE K. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and contributing to the success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns of merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
