Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and supervise their daily activities.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, manage complaints, and resolve any supply issues that may arise.
  • Sales Operations: Authorize merchandise returns and assist in the sales process.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory status, and personnel matters.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in and support promotional events to boost sales.
  • Merchandising: Assist in the effective display of products to attract customers.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Availability for 30 to 35 hours per week.
