WHAT WE'RE SEEKING?

The Sales Team Supervisor serves as a vital link between the management team and the sales staff by facilitating the operational activities of the store and inspiring the team to surpass targets. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Sales Team Supervisor offers support and coverage in the absence of the Store and Assistant Managers. They exemplify the desired sales and customer service behaviors consistently to foster an environment dedicated to delivering an outstanding and positive in-store experience for both customers and employees.

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail apparel setting; experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively lead a sales team; recognized as a leader among colleagues.
  • Experience with point-of-sale management, daily financial procedures, and timely report submissions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while being self-driven.
  • Flexibility for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

  • Overseeing and assigning tasks to the team to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Communicating performance feedback to store management regarding individual and team contributions.
  • Ensuring the team receives scheduled breaks and meal periods.
  • Encouraging open communication on the sales floor.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Executing opening and closing procedures, along with any inventory responsibilities as assigned.
