About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Imagine Wireless Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Work Setting: Rural area or retail business.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
