As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with donors, inspiring them to support our charitable causes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to existing supporters to raise funds for important causes
  • Deliver world-class results autonomously, while representing great causes and being part of a passionate team
  • Thank, connect, engage, and inspire donors through every call
  • Find new child sponsors, welcome new donors, renew event participants, and invite donors to give monthly
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' customer service and call center experience
  • Technically savvy and self-reliant
  • Love talking to people and are a great communicator
  • Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
  • Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon -Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
