**Job Summary**

Zedd Customer Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of our clients, promoting products and services, and meeting established sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place and receive calls to/from existing customers.
  • Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Complete needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service, maintaining a high acceptance rating on quality monitoring tests.
  • Accurately input, retrieve, and access customer information from a computer system.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed of program changes and updates.
  • Participate in training programs and provide feedback to supervisors.
