**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Zedd Customer Solutions. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls to existing and new customers, promoting our products and services, and meeting established sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place and receive calls to/from existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Complete needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional sales and customer service, maintaining a high acceptance rating on quality monitoring tests.
  • Accurately input, retrieve, and access customer information from a computer system.
  • Resolve customer concerns immediately and effectively, displaying professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Quickly and correctly answer product questions, having full knowledge of features and benefits.
  • Clearly understand department practices and procedures, job responsibilities, and company policies.
  • Offer feedback to program supervisors based on errors or improving results.
  • Operate a computer system effectively.
  • Attend and actively participate in all required training programs, showing eagerness and capacity to learn new products and programs.
  • Participate in computer awareness and training as provided by the company.
  • Report suspected security incidents to the immediate supervisor or the compliance/Security Manager, understanding that all reports shall be kept confidential.
  • Be familiar and comply with established Zedd security policies and practices, and sign a written certification that they have been trained and made aware of the security rules and regulations.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
