Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn by Radisson Brampton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating reservations, managing guest experiences, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate reservations and guest arrivals, ensuring accurate and timely processing of room assignments and special requests.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and operational metrics.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
