We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn by Radisson Brampton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules, and performing duties as supervised.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
