Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn by Radisson Brampton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules, and performing duties as a supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including resolving work problems and providing technical advice.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
