Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn by Radisson Brampton. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the reservations process to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Reservations: Manage and coordinate reservations for guests, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests.
- Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on reservations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations and reports.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Dependability and Reliability: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, being dependable and reliable in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management.
