Equipment Reservation Supervisor

As a Reservation Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting customers, field personnel, and U-Haul dealerships through the management and distribution of reservations and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management, directing incoming customer equipment based on demand and productivity to maintain balanced regional inventory levels.
- Analyze reports to facilitate effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts, ensuring availability and accuracy.
- Assist with the U-Box portable storage service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with office equipment, including multiline phones, and proficiency in Word and email
- Strong customer service skills, time management, and multitasking abilities
