Position Overview:
As a Property Management Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, acting as the primary liaison for The Sherwin-Williams Company. Your focus will be on expanding sales within the multi-family sector, offering essential products for ongoing property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a comprehensive strategy to enhance sales and profitability for both new and existing clientele.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored support.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with retail locations to align efforts with business objectives.
  • Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
  • Assist in establishing pricing structures for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports as necessary.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of potential clients.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing strategies to maximize impact.
  • Promote and articulate company programs effectively to clients.
  • Draft and submit sales contracts for customer orders.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to assess their needs and promote relevant products and services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Address client inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must have a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service role.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager.
  • Previous experience in conducting outside sales calls.
  • Possession of an associate degree in business, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Willingness to consider relocation for future career opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language.
