Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Richmond Property Management. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Operate power tools
  • Transport yourself to work
  • Handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Use your own tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability
