About Larlyn Property Management Ltd

We are a dynamic and growing property management company seeking a skilled and licensed Condominium Property Manager to join our team in the Windsor, Ontario area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of condominium properties, ensuring compliance with CMRAO regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with condominium boards, owners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and other relevant documents to condominium boards and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Licence through the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMRAO).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing condominium properties.
  • Property Management designation preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, negotiating, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
