Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Richmond Property Management. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Operate power tools
  • Transport yourself to work
  • Handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Use steel-toed safety boots and own tools/equipment
  • Meet dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability requirements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in this field
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Availability for the advertised start date
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location
