About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales General Manager to join our team at Maxima Stone Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
    • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
    • Manage sales data and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Marketing and Communication
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to support sales initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
    • Communicate sales strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
