About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at M & A Used Cars & Truck Sales. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
