About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Sales to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in our sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that sales operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, forecasting sales, and analyzing sales data.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales budgets and forecasts, and make recommendations to improve sales performance and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
