We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. Key Responsibilities- Payroll Administration: Prepare and process payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, including office staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment laws.
- Benefits Management: Manage employee benefits, including vacation pay, garnishments, deductions, and other adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Employee Support: Provide exceptional support to employees, answering payroll-related inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee files, including active and inactive employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, including WSIB billing, EHT reconciliation, and ROE preparation.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting, preferably with a degree or diploma.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in payroll/HR in a manufacturing setting, with a strong background in ADP Workforce Now Payroll system.
- Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite products, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fast-paced environment.
