Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at 2628340 Ontario Inc. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel and oversee their performance.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish priorities for tasks and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies related to record release in compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in developing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Compile data and prepare various reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and support to new staff members.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts that arise within the office.
  • Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Budget Control: Plan and monitor budgetary expenditures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals to ensure effective office operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
