We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at 2628340 Ontario Inc. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Management: Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel and oversee their performance.
- Work Prioritization: Establish priorities for tasks and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Policy Administration: Manage policies related to record release in compliance with privacy legislation.
- Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in developing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting: Compile data and prepare various reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Data Management: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Staff Training: Provide training and support to new staff members.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts that arise within the office.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Budget Control: Plan and monitor budgetary expenditures.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals to ensure effective office operations.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
- Transportation: Public transportation options are available.
- Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
