We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at EDJ Property Management Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Events and Meetings: Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made and executed efficiently.
  • Manage Team Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Direct and Motivate Staff: Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Control Budget and Expenses: Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Implement Recruitment Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage Contracts and Training: Coordinate the development, implementation, and management of contracts and training programs.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee Payroll and Filing Systems: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintenance of filing systems.
  • Provide Ongoing Support to Clients: Offer ongoing support and services to clients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Relocation: Covered by employer.
  • Sectors: Real estate, Business or corporate law.
  • Range: $0 - $100,000.
