Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process payments and perform other administrative tasks
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office environments
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
