Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at EcoClean Maids Corporation. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate various events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and manage contractual agreements.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize digital databases for easy access.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of communication will be English.
