About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos (Maple Ridge). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee skills and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.

Event Management

Plan, organize, and execute events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Operations Management

Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective restaurant management.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, managing a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma required.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.

Work Language

English language proficiency required.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
