About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Desha Brar Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of excellence.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
