About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at WHITE SPOT RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability.
