Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at White Spot Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
