About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos (Maple Ridge). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our team members to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, managing a team of up to 10 staff members, and working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
