About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at WHITE SPOT RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and materials to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising and mentoring team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
