Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at ManpowerGroup (UK). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to increase client loyalty and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years of selling a solution/service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree.
