Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at ManpowerGroup (UK). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to increase client loyalty and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years of selling a solution/service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.
