Job Description - Business Development Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at ManpowerGroup Global Inc. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Solutions
  • Develop and deliver customized workforce solutions to clients to meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
Thought Leadership
  • Establish and maintain thought leadership in the industry through market research, analysis, and insights.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Required
    • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years of selling a solution/service.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization.
    • Bachelor's degree.
