Position Overview

  • Oversee various administrative functions within the organization.
  • Implement policies and procedures regarding the management of records in compliance with government regulations.
  • Coordinate and strategize office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
