The Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the overall organizational structure.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Execute a range of administrative functions within the organization.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative operations.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
