Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Life Insurance Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing our life insurance sales through effective communication and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Insurance Operations to assess and prioritize incoming marketing requests.
  • Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email, video, web, and social media.
  • Create comprehensive campaign briefs, outlining objectives, project timelines, and content requirements.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and conduct thorough reviews of all campaign elements.
  • Facilitate the approval process involving legal, compliance, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deepen understanding of life insurance offerings and market dynamics.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other related duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing capacity, particularly in email marketing.
  • Background in the life insurance sector within a B2B context.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing strategies, especially in audience segmentation and digital outreach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with effective time management capabilities.
