About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Alliance Insurance Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential institutional, business, or individual client markets.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for various insurance products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Client Onboarding: Establish client insurance coverage, including identifying the most suitable products and services to meet their needs.
  • Payment Processing: Establish method of payment for clients, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
  • Market Identification: Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Policy Requirements: Ensure clients complete all necessary policy requirements, including forms, medical examinations, and other documentation.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with various insurance products, including group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits paid, and policy features.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Insurance Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance products.
  • Certifications: Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
