About the Role

Billyard Insurance Group Rexdale is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our Life & Finance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, identifying and solving clients' insurance needs, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing networks and centers of influence to generate new business.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify and recommend insurance solutions for clients.
  • Review quotes and provide recommendations for coverage based on individual client needs.
  • Adhere to underwriting criteria set by our broker partners.
  • Coordinate and follow up on client leads to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Requirements
  • LLQP License.
  • Mutual Funds License an asset.
  • RIBO License an asset.
  • Proven experience and success in the financial services industry.
Preferred Skills
  • Sales-focused with a strong ability to create referral partners.
  • Broad knowledge of various insurance products.
  • Ability to multitask and generate leads from multiple sources.
  • Independent, ambitious, and competitive with a positive attitude.
  • Customer-focused with a strong desire to grow within a rapidly expanding company.
