Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential institutional, business, or individual client markets.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for various insurance products.
  • Client Onboarding: Establish client insurance coverage and ensure all necessary policy requirements are met.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products, including life, disability, health, and travel insurance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
