Lead Manager of Marketing Automation Strategies

To reach our ambitious objectives, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Field Marketing to enhance our B2B Events Team.
This role will play a pivotal part in defining the future of field marketing at Grammarly, overseeing the recruitment and management of a team, and executing impactful initiatives across various regions.
The successful candidate will significantly influence the growth of our managed business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a field marketing strategy that aligns with revenue marketing and corporate goals.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of field marketing managers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, analyzing data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership.
- Develop a calendar and oversee the management of field marketing programs that facilitate account expansion, pipeline development, and sales acceleration.
- Manage the planning and execution of all field marketing activities, including executive roundtables, regional conferences, VIP experiences, and user adoption initiatives, ensuring flawless execution from concept to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, and marketing operations to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives.
- Oversee the field marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Assist in creating repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for events to enhance and scale programs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in field marketing.
- Proven experience leading field marketing initiatives within B2B organizations.
- Experience directly managing a team of individual contributors, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback to drive successful field marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Tableau, to monitor and evaluate campaign performance is advantageous.
- Ability to meet in person for scheduled collaboration weeks, traveling as necessary to the hub where the team is based.
