This role requires an experienced, proactive, and strategic thinker with an established background in digital marketing for online gaming clients and a proven track record of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our respective clients' overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- OKR Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet all Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) set by the organization.
- Departmental Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of each area within the Marketing Department and how they contribute to core business health metrics.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Performance Metrics: Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the marketing team and provide regular feedback and support.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Brand Guidelines: Develop and enforce brand guidelines and standards.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, campaign results, and ROI.
- Analytics Tools: Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a large and recognized online gaming company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
