  5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  6. Performance Metrics: Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the marketing team and provide regular feedback and support.
  7. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  8. Brand Consistency: Ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
  9. Brand Guidelines: Develop and enforce brand guidelines and standards.
  10. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
  11. Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  12. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Requirements:
