As a Marketing Manager for Product Strategy at Secureframe, you will spearhead our go-to-market initiatives that align with our growth objectives, encompassing product launches, sales support, and various marketing endeavors. This role is heavily execution-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement. While content creation will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities, you will also collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Partner Management, Customer Success, and other Marketing Teams.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong internal drive to learn and gain in-depth knowledge about the products we offer and the security compliance automation landscape. You will be expected to become a subject matter expert in several product areas while also facilitating initiatives across the organization. Additionally, this role involves managing our marketing activities, including campaigns, email communications, asset development, content creation, and minor product launches.

This position is fully remote within Canada.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead critical activities for significant product launches, ensuring that cross-team dependencies are addressed prior to launch.
  • Implement our customer marketing strategy and develop new content aimed at customers.
  • Monitor the utilization of customer case studies and other resources by the sales team.
  • Oversee the daily interactions with sales and customer success teams regarding competitive inquiries.
  • Act as the primary operator for our marketing initiatives (campaigns, emails, asset creation, content, minor launches, etc.).
  • Manage our auditor playbook to assist the partner team in achieving their objectives.
Candidate Profile
  • A motivated individual eager to learn and advance product marketing in a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B product marketing and at least 3 years in general marketing (or equivalent).
  • Preferred experience of 3+ years in the SaaS sector.
  • Experience in early-stage startups is a plus (i.e., Series C or earlier).
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
